Join the Chicago Park District and Chicago rock climbing groups for a celebration of Steelworkers Park. Watch and talk to Chicago climbers as they design and build new climbing routes on the rock wall. Play games for prizes and play yard games for fun. Make a gourmet s’more. Decorate wood cookies, make papel picado, and make a climbing rope keychain. Participate in a yoga flow session. Meet local farmers. Enjoy a DJ and visit the food truck! This is a family friendly celebration.
