The Prairie Park
Description
The Prairie Park is 8.74 acres and it is located in the Morgan Park community area. This is a passive green space for you to enjoy nature.
History
The Chicago Board of Education owned property at 11625 S. Oakley Avenue in the Morgan Park Community which was identified for parkland. The Board of Education transferred this 8-acre plus parcel to the Park District in 2016 to create this park.
