Description
Sherman Park Natural Area contains over 17 acres of savanna, wet prairie, wetland, and aquatic habitat. The natural area borders the park's lagoon, with a prominent portion on the center island. A paved path rings borders the exterior of the natural area along the shoreline. Four bridges, one located at each corner of the island, take visitors into the habitat. Soft-surface trails ring the island offering close views of this native habitat.
