New fitness classes and special events are offered this summer to help motivate Chicagoans of all ages and abilities to adopt a healthier lifestyle by moving more and eating better.
Come out to one of the new fitness classes offered in parks throughout the city this summer. Classes are available for all age groups and cover various fitness areas. These are drop-in classes so come when you can. Advance registration is preferred but not required.
Later in the summer, we’re hosting four fitness-focused special events. Each event will offer fun, health-focused activities for all members of your family. Check back for more information on these events.
